Luxurious hotel with incredibly nice breakfasts and generous-sized rooms, that's what we loved. There were comfy beds and a kettle, central heating, and an ironing set inside the room.

The rooms are new-fashioned and fairly quiet here with the kitchen, an extra bed, for instance.

The stuff is AMICABLE, efficient. The breakfast is complementary and incredibly nice, has many choices.

We appreciated the comforts of this small hotel. Our rooms were spotless and new-fashioned here with appealing decor, a fridge, as for instance. The location was fab and unbeatable, close to the centre of Balerno which is a pleasant village close

There was a lot of food for breakfast, it was lovely. We loved quiet and exceptional room with central heating, an iron and ironing board, and TV.

The rooms are generous-sized and modern with a fridge, the kitchen, appealing decor. The atmosphere of the hotel is quiet!

1st class property with a complementary breakfast. Exceptionally comfortable bed, generous sized and modern rooms. Perfect and fab position in lovely beer garden, in the quiet area. 15 minutes walk to a national Trust garden.
